Made from FSC certified plywood, Pomo is a result of a combination of three different woods. The plywood panels are fixed in place and CNC mechanized with fine craftsmanship, paying attention to every detail of the knob pieces.

With dimensions of 1530mm in width, 460mm in depth, and 730mm in height, Pomo is a statement piece that demands attention. Its unique design and impeccable execution make it a standout in the world of furniture design.

Florian Gross and David Farell, the creative minds behind Pomo, wanted to push the boundaries of design by using plywood to create visual layers of natural wood tones. The result is a stunning visual effect that exudes elegance and sophistication.

The Pomo sideboard project took six months to complete and was realized in Terrassa, Barcelona. During the design process, the team conducted extensive research into the conceptual design movement, aiming to encapsulate its essence in a piece that is both visually striking and subtly elegant.

Pomo was not without its challenges. The team aimed to create a design that would not only be visually appealing but also challenge the user's perception and interaction with the piece. By hiding and revealing the door knobs and drawers, Pomo invites users to engage with the design in a way that goes beyond the ordinary.
